Are Available In Microsoft Word Format And AND Microsoft Publisher.  

AVAILABLE FOR HALF-FOLD PROGRAMS.  Other Sizes available upon request.

You may wish to gather all of your love one's information that will be needed to complete your order form (such as legal name, date of birth, education, work history, marriage, children, survivors, etc.).


If you wish us to format your program onto a Template, you may use the Order Form to place your order for all items. Any printed order forms should be completed and faxed toll free to: 1-888-889-5983.  You may also type your information and submit it by regular email to orders@obituaryprogram.com).  Be sure to send your photos as jpg or jpeg and save them under your loved ones first initial and last name, - followed by a number, (ex. FName01, then FName02).


After receiving your order, we will contact you for billing information, so that your order may be processed.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Bank Debit Cards.


Please submit orders timely enough to assure designing, proofing by you (a copy will be sent to you for approval once designed).


All orders are prepared in a basic font (Times New Roman, Notebook, Bliss), and highlighted with a decorative font.  

OUR SERVICES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:

1.  Design templates for your loved one.

2.  Rush Orders/Program Layout - We can also type your program information into  

     the template of your choice, for the price of the template and a fee for layout.  We

     will then email it to you for printing at home or at your local copy center.

3.  Templates - For you to add your info and print, or for printing at your local printer.  

4.  Photo Background Removal  (Usually for the Cover) Submit your photo(s) by email

     for review.  We will contact you upon receipt.
